You wake up because you feel it
again
Your snatch your foot fast but it's
too late because
It can't be undone.

It's a hot summer night;
You sleep in your favourite shorts.
At last you cry out because
your thighs feel
cold.

Light breaks through steam
and hits glass,
A faint phantom glares.
Christine, aren't you glad I'm
here again?

Why is sweetness bitter?
You close your eyes because
you can't help it.
Wake up with an itch that
doesn't go away
No matter how much you scratch

You wake up because your touch
feels foreign
Think of you
when I think of me
But it's not that kind of story.

Drop all defenses
in the moonlight, Passarino
Because darkness is safer when
you have reached the point of no return.
