~Chapter 1: Siblings Fight~

The calling of the roster that had perched itself just above her room on the rooftop was the reason Weirdest woke up every morning. Although it was to note that she was never in a good mood waking up, but who would be hearing something so annoying every morning. She wanted to strangle the creature but knew to would be of no use. Not to mention being just only 10 she had little strength to use against the feathered creature. She managed to get up from the bed and make her way over to her wardrobe. She picked out a simple black and gray striped shirt to wear.
Putting on the clothing she made her way out her bedroom door and to the kitchen. In the eating area she spotted her father writing down some business stuff she was to young to understand. Her mother was seated beside him going over her potion sales from the previous week. The only one missing was her sister who had yet to wake up. She would most likely say something utterly stupid like how she needed he beauty sleep.
Weirdest went over to the cabinet and grabbed a cookie from it. She turned to see her mother looking at her with a smiled so sweet Weirdest was convinced her teeth would rot.
"How's my baby doing this morning?" He mother asked and by the way she spoke Weirdest could tell she was tired and had most definitely been up all night restocking her stores shelves with various potions.
"I'm doing fine mom. A little annoyed from that bird raising and ruckus earlier but fine nonetheless." Weirdest responded flashing her mother a quick smile before biting down into the cookie.
Not three seconds after she took a bite from her cookie she heard the dreaded noise. The sound over her sister walking into the room. She had obviously decided to get actually dressed with makeup and everything. She looked like a four year olds Barbie doll after they got ahold of their moms makeup. Weirdest chuckled to herself earning a hoof stomp from her sister.
"What's so funny?!" Her sister shouted. Weirdest was afraid her ears would bleed from the high pitched noise.
"Nothing Charming... just your makeup. You put way to much. Looks like you made a seven layer cake on your face with all that on." Weirdest said pointing to the area with the most caked on makeup. She gasped when her sister knocked her cookie out of her hooves and onto the wooden floor. She was fast to land a slap on her sister hitting her square in the nose.
Soon enough the other hit back and it ended up leading to a fight between the sisters. Their father got up from his seat and walked over to the duo. He quickly separated them and looked at the damage each had caused. Charming was overall okay with a few small scratches and some even worse makeup now. Weirdest on the other hand has ended up with larger scratches and even with a left black eye.
"You two should know better than this! I raised you both better! Weirdest your the oldest so set an example for your sister, and Charming you apologize for giving your sis a black eye." Their father said with a stern tone. The girls said their sorry to the other before walking in different directions. Weirdest took to the cabinet for another cookie and Charming to the living room to play with her toys.
The anger radiating from her father was something not to be taken lightly. She knew when her dad was angry it was best to leave him be and let mom help him cool down.
Weirdest grabbing her new cookie smiled whilst taking a bite. It wasn't until she glanced at the calendar did she finally realize to day was a very special day.
Today was the day that I owed est would finally be able to help her mom around the shop. She let out a yell of excitement earning herself anger filled responses from two of her family and one happy from her mother.

Today was a very special day indeed!
