The things you liked I flaunted,
So now I could have you waiting,
On your knees while I'm contemplating,
Is this really something I dreamed of?
Honestly, I never felt our love.
I say I love you because you love me,
But when you ask me it's easy to see,
I struggle to tell you the reasons why
I even wanted to be by your side
Deep down I know we shouldn't be together,
But you give me what I crave even though I know better.
I've used you to fill some void.
A happy pill.
