P R O L O G U E

Adarlan.
A very beautiful city. A very vast city at that, surrounded by water on all three of it's sides. It was supposedly the largest and most magnificent city all over the world. There was no one who didn't know of this city. It was the Dream City, or so it seems to the city tourists and to the outside world. Only to those who resided here was the truth known.

This city of Adarlan was not a Dream City but a Sin City for those who lived here. People manipulated and cheated each other. All for what? Money, status, fame and name. The city was so sinful that your own family would backstab you just for getting what they want - money.

Sadly, one of the richest of them - The Crimsons, had also fallen victim to the case of being backstabbed. But no one knew of what had happened. All the world knew was that James Crimson, the CEO of Crimson Industries was no more and so was his wife. His princess, who was the heiress to their kingdom was no where to be found while his boy was left alone with his grandfather who had taken upon the role of both a mother and a father to this boy.

The old man knew that there wouldn't be any harm done to his boy as he wasn't the heir. This boy's dreams lied in helping others. He wanted to become a well-known surgeon and make his parents proud.

The company was now run by someone no one knew. Their identity was a major secret. But at the same time it was no secret to Benjamin Crimson, the twins' grandfather that the one who had killed his son and daughter-in-law was the very one sitting on the kingdom's throne right now.

He also knew that the identity of this person would remain a secret until the actual heiress was no more. This was why he had done what had to be done. Which was hide the heiress away.

Both the males missed the girl very much. But what had been done had to be done by the old man in order to protect what was left of his family.

The boy missed his twin dearly. Though he was twelve minutes younger compared, he couldn't help but feel more like an elder brother. He felt as if he had abandoned her. But he knew, so did she - that what had been done had to be done.

The fifteen year old twins were ripped apart when either of them had never spent a day away from eachother. All they could do was keep what had been done a secret until it was the right time to unravel the past and end it all. For once and for all.

She was the only one who could make this huge wrong a perfect right. For she was The Cassandrea Octavia Crimson, the heiress to the Crimson kingdom.
