HOW DOES ONE BEGIN TO DESCRIBE Cassandra Stilinski? One may say she is tough, fiercely loyal, stubborn. Most importantly?

She is no nonsense.

"Mom! What am I supposed to do on the other side of the country from camp? Why do we have to move? New York is all I've ever known," the girl questioned.

"Honey, I got a new job in the town where I grew up. I think it'll be good for you to see something other than the city! Besides, isn't the other camp in California? What's it called- Camp Neptune?" Cassandra's mom, Dr. Stilinski, explained.

"Camp Jupiter, mom, and I don't think he'd like to hear you calling it his brother's name," the daughter of Poseidon warned.

"Oh well. I know him best anyway," her mom joked.

"Mother! That's disgusting!"

"I didn't make it gross, you did," Dr. Stilinski said as she left the living room of their Manhattan apartment.

"What about Percy and Annabeth, mom?"

Cassandra groaned. What was she supposed to do? All of her friends were in New York, her family. Her half-brother, Percy, was not going to be happy about being separated from his little sister. Neither would his girlfriend and her future sister-in-law, Annabeth Chase.

She had only known Percy and Annabeth for the three years that she has known about the demigod world, but they were her best friends. Fighting in two wars in the span of a year can bring people close together.

Cassandra had just returned home from her quest to Greece with the other seven of the prophecy of eight. They had managed to defeat the giants and Gaea. They saved both camps, but with that came casualties and loss.

She had been separated from Percy when he was taken to Camp Jupiter as a part of Hera's so-called master plan to bring the camps together. She had also been separated from him when he and Annabeth fell into Tartarus. She was not prepared to be away from him again. In fact, she never wanted to leave his side in case he disappeared again.
