"Akaashiiiiii" Bokuto pokes his cheek. Akaashi moves his hand away.
"What's wrong bokuto-san,do you need something?"
Bokuto pouts,"Akaash I'm bored man, let's go do something, my muscles are disappearing from not using them."Bokuto exclaimed dramatically, waving his arms like noodles to push his point.
Akaashi sighs. "Then what do you suggest we do Bo?"
Bokuto looks him in the eye, eyes shining in excitement and mischief.
Akaashi grimaces,he knows that look all to well, it's either bokuto is gonna suggest something completely insane and irrational or something that could result in one of them(and by one of them he means bokuto) injured or all of the above with the addition of them running away from something or someone.
Akaashi braces himself, completely ready to shut down the idea that comes out of bokuto's mouth.
"Let's go skating,I brought my board and you can use your blades-."
"No bokuto-san because-." Akaashi paused.
Wait did he actually suggest a normal activity, that won't put us at risk of ending up in jail,he thought.
Akaashi glanced at the clock,it read eleven thirty in the night,he bit his lip,his parents won't let them out the house this hour, especially with bokuto's history of extravagant endeavors.
It's a mystery how they let akaashi hang around him still. Then something clicked."How did you know I have rollerblades?" Akaashi asked.
He didn't ever recall mentioning it to him,or his parents ever mentioning it. He doesn't really talk about his little hobby, because most people think rollerblades are feminine and boys should ride skateboards or bikes instead.
"Well sweetheart you didn't exactly hide it" Bokuto points to the corner of the room, where akaashi's skates are placed shining in all it's glory.
Ah that explains it.
"So you aren't bothered that I have rollerblades instead of a board?" Akaashi asked.
"Huh? Am I suppose to? Why would I feel bothered?" Bokuto asked genuinely confused as to why akaashi would ask such a weird question.
"It's because-" Akaashi stops himself.
Realizing it was dumb to ask bokuto such a question.
Of course he wouldn't be weirded out, this is bokuto we're talking about, the most accepting and sweetest person he's ever met.
Akaashi looked down, smiling to himself, thinking about how lucky he is to have bokuto in his life.
Looking back up,akaashi sees bokuto staring at him.
He leans forward and squishes his cheeks, bokuto's lips forming an uneven pout.
"Well though skating doesn't sound like a bad idea, look at the time, it's late and you know how my parents are." Akaashi says letting go of bokuto's cheeks.
"Well darling there's a simple solution to that problem." Bokuto says getting up, walking towards the windows opening them.
Akaashi wasn't dumb,a little slow and oblivious at times, but he knew that bokuto was implying that they sneak out.
He thought about it for a second, listing both the good and bad possibilites.(If we're being honest akaashi didn't really put any effort into his thought process because he himself was bored and the idea of skating with bokuto under the night sky sounded very appealing).
"Alright I'm in." Akaashi says getting up to get his skates.
"Oh c'mon kassh it'll be fun- wait did you just agree? HEY HEY LET'S GO"
Bokuto ran to get his board from its case. "Not gonna lie akaashi,I'm digging this little thing you got going on right now, normally you'd shut me down and leave me to whine,in a bit of a rebellious phase are we now?" Bokuto teases, kissing akaashi on his cheek.
Akaashi rolls his eyes ignoring his comments, looking for a bag to put his skates in.
Akaashi may have agreed but on the inside he was a tad bit nervous, besides the possibility of his parents finding out and punishing him. This is the first time he's done anything this "rebellious".
The only thing he's done that's close to rebellion is cutting his hair with a kitchen scissors, and even then it was just only just a trim.
Akaashi sighs, closing his bag going towards bokuto, who was already halfway out the window.
"I'll climb down first and then I'll catch you, sound good?"
"Yeah ok, what- did you just say 'catch me'?" Akaashi asks a little reluctant about the idea of bokuto catching him from a two story window.
Bokuto, who was already on the ground, looked up arms out waiting for Akaashi. He smiles at him, teeth and gums.
"Do you trust me Keji?" He says
Akaashi takes a deep breath, taking one look at his bedroom door.
He jumps.
Bokuto catches him.
"Now that wasn't so hard was it?" Bokuto teases.
Akaashi rolls his eyes, laying a light kiss on his lips.
"Be quiet."
Bokuto laughs, putting him on his feet, taking his hand into his own, they walk away from the house.
After being a fair distance from the house, they stop to take out their 'rides'.
Akaashi sits on the sidewalk lacing up his skates, standing up once he's satisfied with the tightness.
He does a little test twirl to make sure it feels comfortable on his feet.
"You're very pretty you know."Akaashi trips up a bit, regaining his balance,he looks at bokuto.
"Huh?"
"I said you're very pretty, even prettier on skates, you're like a fairy, you even look like one, you're just very very pretty."
Akaashi stares at him, his face warming up,trying to figure out how he could say such embarrassing things so easily and effortlessly.
"Is something wrong Akaashi?" Bokuto asks, coming closer to see if anything's wrong.
Akaashi still recovering from bokuto's blatant honesty, steps away looking down at his hands.
"Let's just go skate" He murmurs, face still warm from the attack of affection it endured earlier.
Bokuto still confused, nodded his head and went on his board.
"Race you?" Bokuto teases, smirking at Akaashi.
Rolling towards him, Akaashi grabs his collar and kisses him hard. Pulling back he says,"Your on."
He skates away, leaving a dazed bokuto behind.
Recovering he stutters,"W-wait NO FAIR COME ON AKAASHI!"
He chases after him, smile on his face as they ride through the empty moonlight lit streets.
