The raven method is really simple, many baby shifters use this one! This is a method you usually fall asleep after counting or do whatever you feel is going to make you shift!

-meditate (optional)
-turn on subliminals (optional)
-lay in a starfish position on your back (recommended for raven)
-count to 100 with affirmations every couple of numbers (in your head)
-fall asleep or restart counting from one
(you can visualize your dr while counting too!)

affirmation examples:
-I am shifting
-I have shifted
-I am in my dr
-I am in (place/dr)
-I intend on shifting to (dr name)
-I am (your dr name)
