Chapter 2: Secrets Discovered

EunAh and I watched all of EXO's music videos and listened to all their songs. We practically watched all their music videos, live performances, and their reality TV show EXO Showtime. It was obvious EunAh and I have fallen in love with EXO. Not only they were good-looking, but they were really good dancers and singers.

"Hey, SoRa, that guy looks almost like you," EunAh said as she pointed to LuHan who was dancing Growl.

I laughed. "How does he look like me?"

"Well, both of you have a baby face. Also, you kind of have the same doe like eyes."

I scoffed. No way LuHan looks like me. I mentally compared my and his looks together, finding no comparison in the end.

"Not really," I disagreed. "Though, you and Baekhyun have the same features."

"What? Really?" EunAh replied. "I thought I kind of looked like Chanyeol."

I chuckled. "You don't even look close to Chanyeol! Trust me, you and Baekhyun look almost like siblings. You both have that rectangular type of smile that looks cute."

"Why thank you. But I don't see any resemblance between me and him."

I rolled my eyes and continued watching the music video. We watched EXO-M and then found EXO. They were great separate, but when they come together, they're PERFECT.

Suddenly, my laptop turned off. I gasped and tried to turn it back on. But, it didn't work. I groaned.

"Its dead!" I exclaimed.

"Where's your charger?" EunAh asked as she searched for it.

I began looking too. But, my charger was no where to be found.

"Ah, I left it in my mom's room," I said.
EunAh and I both went out my room and straight to my mom's room. We suddenly stopped when we heard the front door unlock.

"Mom must be home," I said.

We heard voices, my mom's and someone else's.

"Who's that?" I asked in a whisper.

"Sounds like my mom," EunAh replied.

EunAh and I sat on the stairs, behind the railings. Soon my mom and EunAh's mom came inside the living room. We could see and hear them from the stairs.

"Wah, I'm tired!" EunAh's mom, Mrs. Byun said.

"Ah, yes. Me too. The farmer's market was so big! My feet hurt!" My mom whined.

EunAh and I listened and watched closely and quietly. My mom set the groceries on the counter, while Mrs. Byun sat down on the chair. My mom brought two cups of tea and handed one to Mrs. Byun. After, she sat down across from Mrs.Byun.

"Where are the girls?" Mrs. Byun asked as she took a sip from her tea.

EunAh wanted to say "hi!", but I pulled her down and told her to stay quiet.

"They must be in SoRa's room watching Kpop," my mom replied.

Mrs. Byun set down her tea. "Did you tell her yet?" She asked.

"SoRa, doesn't know yet. Did you tell EunAh?"

"What are they talking about?" EunAh asked in a whisper.

I shrugged and continued listening to their conversation.

"No. How do we tell them? We've been keeping this secret from them their whole life. They have to know soon," Mrs. Byun said.

"Aigoo. Our sons don't even know either!" My mom exclaimed.

Sons? I have a brother?! My eyes widened at the words "our sons." I faced EunAh, and her mouth was hung open.

"Do you still speak to Baekhyun?" My mom asked.

EunAh gasped, but I covered her mouth cause I knew she was gonna say something. I gave her a shut up look and released my hand from her mouth.

"Yes. Does LuHan still speak to you?" Mrs. Byun asked.

"Yes. I was going to tell him that SoRa is his little sister, but I got afraid to tell him," my mom sighed. "I don't know how to tell SoRa that LuHan is her older brother."

My eyes widened. Did I hear that correctly? LuHan...is my older brother?!

"Ah, me too. EunAh always thought she was an only child. I want to tell her that she is related to Baekhyun. But, I don't know how to tell her," Mrs. Byun said as she took another sip from her tea.

That was when EunAh stood up and yelled.

"Eomma!" she yelled.

Mrs. Byun and my mom's eyes widened. They gasped and looked at me and EunAh making our way down the stairs. EunAh walked towards her mom. She stood in front of Mrs.Byun.

"Why didn't you tell me this?!" she asked.

Mrs. Byun was speechless. Instead of answering, she stood up, grabbing her purse.

"Thank you, Mrs. Lu for the tea. We shall talk later," Mrs. Byun said to my mom. "Goodbye."

She grabbed EunAh's hand and walked out the door. I stood in front of my mom, staring at her. She looked uncomfortable as she took a drink from her tea.

"Why?" I asked.

She looked at me and sighed. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you."

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?"

"I-I didn't know how to tell you."

I ran upstairs into my room, slamming the door behind me. I couldn't believe what I just heard. EunAh's older brother is Baekhyun. My older brother is LuHan.
