"Come on we are going to be late" My mother shouted.
"Wait there mum" Grabbing my remaining stuff, i took one last look at my bedroom. This is going to be the last time that I stand in this room, well i should say house. Moving to Australia from New York was strange, but we had no choice. If we didn’t move by tomorrow we would have been chucked out onto the streets or possibly be moved into a little flat, which wouldn't be very nice.
I ran down the stairs and went outside to the car. A couple of minutes later my mum jumped in the car as well as my dad. “Time for a new start.” My dad stated as he turned on the engine. Reaching over, i turned on the radio.
“She’s a good girl. She’s Daddy’s favourite. He’s saved for Harvard. He knows she’ll make it. She’s good at school. She’s never truant”
I jumped up and down in the car. I reached for the volume button and turned it up to max.
“Cause every night she studies hard in her room. At least that’s what her parents assume.” As I started to sing along, my mother turned around and started smiling at me.
“You’re going to meet some crazy fans in Australia you know.” My mum stated.
“Yeah, I sure am. But not as crazy as me. And I will tell all my friends that Calum is mine.” I laughed and so did my mum. My dad just stared at me in the mirror, pulling faces at me, while I was nearly dying in laughter.
When we arrived, my eyes widened and my jaw dropped in shock. “M…mum?” I screamed leaping up out of the car in joy. The house was fantastic. I wouldn’t say house. It looked like a mansion! The bricks were old fashioned, the garden was beautifully decorated with pretty red roses. And the entrance to the house had 2 white wooden doors.
I looked around the street which looked really familiar. “Have we been here before?” I asked as I started to get stuff out the car. “Not that I can remember sweetie.” My mother answers. I shrugged my shoulders. My mother threw me the keys, as she could see by my face that I was eager to get inside.
I ran into the house dropping all my stuff on the floor. And I screamed really loud. My mum and dad came running in. “what’s the matter darling is everything okay?” my dad said running up to me.
“No you didn’t….you couldn’t have….” I blurted. “What darling?” My mother questions.
“This was Calum Hood’s first house that he bought…” I said in absolute shock.
I thought about what I said. I looked so confused. As my mum and dad walked out, I sat on the floor just thinking about it. ‘I have to have Calums bedroom’, ‘I could post it on twitter, and maybe he’ll follow me’. I was thinking so much that I didn’t even realise that my mum was shouting me outside.
“Coming mum.” Standing up slowly, I listened outside and I could hear my mum and dad talking to someone.
As I walked outside I was started to mumble out of my limit whilst checking my twitter. ‘She’s just a little bit out of my limit; it’s been two years now haven’t seen the best of me.’
“This is our neighbour” My mum interrupted, as I slowly looked up rolling my eyes.
“Hello” He commented. “My name is Michael.” Standing there in shock, my eyes widened as he held his hand out. “N…nice to meet you” I stuttered as I shook his hand.
“Okay…so I’ll leave you too talk” My mother added as she grabbed my dad’s hand and dragged him to the house.
I turned around in panic. Michael put his hand on my shoulder. “Don't worry, I don’t bite.” He chuckled.
Turning to face him I started to laugh, “Where’s Calum?” I blurted out. He pulled me over to his house and covered my mouth. “Shh, no one knows around here” Michael replied. “He lives a couple of streets down, don’t tell anyone!” He noted. I nodded, “Okay… tell him Hi from me...” Hugging him I asked for a picture with him, and he said yes. “Well, I better be going now…maybe I’ll see you around?” Michael questioned.
“Yeah, maybe.” I added. I gave him another hug, and then he walked off. I just couldn’t stop staring. He is so hot.
Running into the house in excitement I grabbed my stuff of the floor and went to find my bedroom.
The day went by really fast. My first day at my new school was tomorrow. I was terribly nervous. I kept on thinking about the people there, wondering if anyone would actually like me there. Hopefully someone could actually understand my love for 5 Seconds of summer and my celebrity crush on Calum Hood. But as my mum says, there are loads of crazy fans here in Australia, so maybe i will find someone like me.
"Night mum, night dad" I shouted down the stairs.
"Night sweetie, remember to wake up early for school." My mum reminded me. "Okay mum"
I laid down in bed and put my earphones in. The first song that came on was 18 by 5 Seconds of Summer. I totally forgot about Michael Clifford living next door to me. But i could never forget the fact that i'm living in Calum Hood's first house. Everytime i thought about it i would have butterflies in my stomach and i would randomly get excited.
I started to fall asleep thinking about Calum Hood. Imagining us two meeting. Being a fan, i think that we would make a great couple. Me and Calum. But i know that would never happen. I mean. Calum is just perfect. His dark hazel eyes, his dark hair with the blonde highlight in the fringe and of course his cute tattoos. I could go on and on.
I drifted off into a peaceful sleep thinking of Calum.
UPDATE: I am starting to write the next chapter today, so i might be finished by tomorrow, if not i will update sunday. Make sure to leave a comment, and follow me<3
