Bad ideas - Draco's mind was filled with those almost every day. Today, in particular, it was all he could think of. He thought of ways to break some students down to the point they'd cry, cruel things he could say to assert his dominance over those who tried to stand back up to him. He needed to do things like that or his ego would drown and besides, what else could he tell his father when he saw him next time?

Surely, getting good grades wasn't going to impress him. He needed something to satisfy his father's expectations. There he stood over a Gryffindor student, looking down into his victim's eyes with a sneer. "Get out of my face before I change my mind." The poor boy trembled like a deer being hunted and ran in the opposite direction as fast as he could, his shoes skidding against the concrete floor. The boy wasn't Potter but he was in Gryffindor, it would do.

It bothered him to his core that he just couldn't seem to get through to you, of all people. You looked far too easy to him and yet you were the one person who never gave in to his harsh words as much as others. Honestly, you saw Draco as a toddler who got no attention so he had to find a way to get it himself.

Caroline was all too familiar with your rants about Draco; how he doesn't know when to quit or the way he acts big in front of others. You were getting sick of it. "You reckon he'll try something today?" Caroline asked. The two of you were standing in the hallway waiting for Zach to meet up with you. It was obvious Caroline referred to Draco. "I don't really care and if he does, I'll just pretend he doesn't exist! It's that simple really. He feeds off of the attention. If I just choose not to give it to him, he'll stop eventually."

Much to your demise, Draco was feeling much more villainous that particular day and you were his main target. He needed to see if what he was feeling towards you was his usual hatred and not something different or he just might lose it. He couldn't possibly see a 'mudblood' like you as someone he's drawn toward. So he took it upon himself to find you after everyone got out of charm's class, only then would he have enough time to play around with you.

You were thankful that you hadn't seen Draco almost the entire day and that meant there were only a few hours before you could officially say that he didn't mess with you for a full day. But you weren't thankful for how fast Caroline had been walking. She was nearly yards ahead of you in the hall and you were much too lazy to walk at the same pace as her. You didn't understand what she was so in a rush for, it's not like she had an important exam to study for. Your no Draco agenda didn't last long before you were stopped in the middle of the hall by his friends; Crabbe and Goyle. "What do you want?" you rolled your eyes as they stood in front of you like a wall.

Draco grabbed a fistful of your hair from behind to tug at it causing you to stumble back into him. The feeling of your body against his made him feel things he should never admit aloud. With your back against his chest, you quickly broke free from him and turned to face the evil that was Draco Malfoy, not wanting to be anywhere near him. "Don't touch me." You spat lowly. His nose twitched up in annoyance at your attitude and dragged you by the arm into the nearest classroom, ignoring your disapproval.

With your bad luck, it wasn't occupied by any professors or students at the moment. "Aren't you tired of pretending to be a little good girl who's nice to everyone? Come on, Makree. I know you're not as innocent as you let on. Strike back." You were being cornered against the wall with nowhere to go now that Crabbe and Goyle were blocking the door from out in the hall. "What? Scared, Makree?" He egged on.

You weren't scared. You just didn't want to do anything you might regret later and you weren't in the mood for any of this. "Fuck you." You shoved him. His face contorted as if he agreed on your words. His head tilted in interest as he watched you closely. This is what he wanted and just as he says; he always gets what he wants. Your hand reached for his tie and yanked him down to be eye-level with you. He didn't expect you to take action that soon and it showed in his face.
