Alex and Lily had always been friends ,but while Alex was the outcast, Lily was more of a popular student the boys swooned over Lily Alex wasn't sure what Lily had that Alex herself didn't maybe it was that silky blonde hair or those blue eyes one could stare at forever and never get bored ? whatever it was it annoyed Alex all she ever wanted was a bit of alone time with her friend was that too much to ask for ? I mean yeah sure they hung out every day after school but she at least wanted to get a word with her at school . Alex sighed . The school bell finally rung signalling the end of double maths finally !! She could go home and use her calculator instead of doing all these hard algebra sums ;she sighed in relief knowing that today would be a better day I mean it was Friday what else could go wrong .
