Coming home!

(Patrick's POV)
God it's been so long, I thought to my self as I hopped in a cab in downtown Seattle. "Um 267 Matry st." I set my luggage in the backseat then hopped in the passenger seat. I've missed Ellen so much, she was my best friend and being honest Jill and me have been falling apart and we both don't love each other anymore. Ellen told me sh thinks Chris has cheated if not cheating on her, I'm in Seattle for 2 months and so is Ellen... I want to reconnect, maybe even physically...

(Ellen POV)
I waited at the door of the hotel for Patrick, god I miss him the way he always made me smile, and how I can feel so comfortable around him. I heard my phone buzz on the counter I pick it up to see that it's Chris... ugh I can even think about him right now! He shuts me out, unless he wants something I'm like a piece of shit to him. Worthless. Garbage,
Well at least paddy cares about me... I hear a cab pull in the parking lot, sure enough a tall handsome man with perfect hair and big muscles fill the area, my legs tremble with excitement. Holy... SHIT! Did he get hotter? Ya... he definitely got hotter.

(Patrick's POV)
I get out of the cab and hand the driver 100$ and a 20$ tip I grab my luggage and walk to the door. Ok Patrick your gonna walk through that door and see the most stunning, beautiful, gorgeous woman in the world. DON'T GO CRAZY! Just give her a hug and catch up on things. I walk through to see Ellen and the greys cast waiting at the doors for me they all lap when I make my appearance, there are dozens of people I have never met but I look forward to getting to know them, most particularly Ellen Kathleen Pompeo. "Hey stranger!" I shout out at Ellen opening my arms for her to hug me, sure enough she runs into my arms. "God I've missed you" she said into my ear with her head against my neck, Chandra and James come up to me and give me a hug "it's nice to have another original character on the set" Chandra joked, I knew she loved me. "Where did all the other characters go?" I asked looking around the lobby, "they all died" Ellen laughed while she leaned back in to hug me. My right hand wrapped around her neck and grabbed her hair and my left hand held her small waist. "Well I can see you guys are still close" Chandra teased slapping my biceps "ouch!" I yelped as Meredith pulled away. "Nasty" Bailey stated jokingly, I winked at Ellen from the side while talking and meeting all the other characters.
I felt a tap on my shoulder and turn around... "Caterina Scoresone" I laughed giving her a hug. "Well if it isn't my favorite brother!" She said hugging me back, "ugh it's been so long" I said sighing at the end. "I know" she replied pulling me closer.

(Ellen POV)
I went to grab a tequila from the bar. As I walked back outside to help Patrick with his bags when I saw him leaning against the brick of the hotel, I walked up to him, he was on the phone with Jill... his voice said nothing but pressure and anger. "Yes Jillian I know! It's not my fault you got COVID! You where the one who insisted on traveling to get beauty products for your company!" He talked with a blood coiling rage. "You know what if you want to leave, then leave your not putting anything towards this marriage. And we don't have to worry about the kids because they all live alone. Grown-up! Do you know what those words mean!? GROWN UP!" I took my hand rubbed small circles on his back... i always loved it when he did that with me. "I have to go... I will call the divorce attorneys in the morning.!" He said hanging up the phone. "Hey" I said in a comforting voice handing him a drink, "hey..." his tone was much lower than mine and I could see the hurt in his eyes. "Don't worry about Jill right now... it's a waist of time paddy" I tried to sound as sorry as possible. "Thanks Ellie" he replied with a small smile on his face, "c'mon let me show you to your room!" I took his hand and pulled him behind me to the elevator. We got in and I pressed level.2 on the button pad, "I've really missed you Ellie..." he looked over and gave me that mcdreamy look. "Me too..." we both looked at each other until the door opened.

(Patrick POV)
I swear I could have kissed her in that elevator until the word ends. But we both know that we need to settle out marriages before we can even think of that stuff. I got out with my suitcase and Ellen had my other suitcase. "This is a lot of stuff for a guy" she teased setting my stuff on the bed, "ya that suitcase has all my hair products" he teased back
