A pop of luxurious champagne fizzed between Jimin's fingers as he keenly opens the bottle. The two were both sitting across each other on a balcony at Jeongguk's apartment in LA. The younger got his new apartment so Jimin threw him a housewarming party, just the two of them in order to catch up on the days they have gone without each other. It was a perfect night if you would ask Jeongguk. The sky was painted black and splattered with glimmering stars as they sat under the moon. Fairy lights lighting up the place as if the moon wasn't enough to make everything illuminate and they were surrounded with big, soft, & fluffy pillows that the older got as a housewarming gift. Surprisingly, the night was tranquil, and no one was trying to disrupt their little festivity. They gazed upon each other and smiled with their eyes as they drink from their champagne glasses that were filled near the brim.
"This champagne would taste better if the other hyungs are here." Jungkook snickered, placing down the glass as he grabs a slice of pizza. This caused a small pout revealing from Jimin's face, arms crossed as he looked straight at the younger. "I'm joking, Hyung! Everything tastes the best when it's with you." He beamed at the older, showing his bucked teeth while munching. The older only rolled his eyes before helping himself with the pizza as well. They continued to talk the night away, sharing laughs and deep insights on whatever topic that they could think of. It was like they were creating a whole new universe for themselves, the champagne making them lightheaded, but they can't seem to care as their emotions burst into a million galaxies.
Jimin scooted closer beside Jeongguk, their arms brushing against each other as he leans his head on the younger's shoulder. Jeongguk being the taller one made Jimin look like he's a cute-sized human that you could easily fit inside your pocket. It was endearing, really. On how well they could easily fit in each other's embrace when they hug or when they laugh at each other and meet eyes, Jimin would always seem to look up and Jeongguk's head will slightly tilt down. It was convenient for Jimin to say the least. Being a koala became a personality of him and he clings to Jeongguk like he's his territory. The younger didn't seem to mind and let the older do whatever he pleases to him, especially during the days when Jimin gets extra clingy. He didn't mind at all.
"Your hoodie smells nice. I should borrow one next time."
And then his mind slips to the thought of wearing one of Jeongguk's hoodies. He imagined feeling the soft fabric being in contact with his skin that he would gladly sleep into. Given that the hoodie would be larger than Jimin's size, the end of the sleeves would go pass his small hands and turning them into sweater paws. Then it will come down to the smell. The sweet mild scent of vanilla lingering on Jimin's nose as it tries to comfort Jimin in all the best ways. He can imagine Jeongguk's trail lulling him to sleep as his face digs deeper in his hoodie. It made him feel tingly on the inside. He wasn't sure if it was the champagne making him feel odd things and think such scenarios, but he quickly brushed it away before his mind will go elsewhere.
