~Recap~

Finally, I stopped screaming. The hazy world began to crack. The woman in front of me shattered into a million pieces. I was really crazy now huh? I lurched backwards away from the glass like pieces. I didn't even want to begin to wrap my head around this. The street went quiet, but only for a moment then resumed crashing. Each object or person I looked at broken and shattered. Nowhere was safe, and the noise hurt my ears. What kind of cruel game was my mind playing?

JUST STOP!

~~~~~~~
I had closed my eyes to try to stop the world from spinning, when it did. The sick hazy feeling had gone away, and I felt stationary. But. The cold brew was gone, and I couldn't hear the sound of people. I slowly opened my eyes to see where I was. It felt too different. I looked at the world around me. I-I. . . it couldn't be!
I was in Damien's house, and Damien was there!
I tried to slow my breathing, but it was all too overwhelming. I tried to stand up when I realized the floor was covered in glass. A lamp and vase had been broken. Glass was everywhere. And then. Damien. He was in the corner of the room covering back. His shoulder was covered in blood.
This seemed all too familiar; except, last time I knocked him out. Damien was nothing but blacked out. He sat there wincing in pain from the glass in his shoulder. This was the day when he broke, but why? Why am I here? My whole memory felt fuzzy and everything was getting mixed up. The headache didn't help either. I touched my head to relieve confusion and felt something. I was covered in blood. But whose?
"Damien?" I quietly asked.
Damien looked towards me. His eyes still seemed angry and confused. But the more he stared at me, the softer his eyes grew. I didn't see the harsh man that almost killed me. I saw the Damien who was lost and confused like me.
Damien- Sophia get away from me. I-I can't control this urge to destroy something. It's always been part of my nature, and I've struggled for years to get it under control. But I can't! So, run. I don't want to hurt people anymore!
I looked over at the man in front of me. He was as lost and confused as I once was. "Damien, I can't leave you. I made that mistake once, and I will not make it again," I said with confidence.
I carefully got up from where I was. As soon as I put my foot on the ground, I collapsed. My ankle had been sprained from earlier. Nevertheless, I got up again and sat next to Damien,
I propped him up against the wall so he could rest his shoulder. Damien's expression was blank. The same he made when I thought I saw him die. A few tears fell, I could not let him die again. I wouldn't.
I went to grab his hand when an overwhelming headache came over me. It messed with my vision and other senses. I couldn't give up now. "Damien are you ok?"
"No, no I'm fine, but why did you stay?" He held my face in his hand. " You can leave. You even said you wouldn't make that mistake again. What do you mean? You haven't left since the party."
He really didn't know? Did any of that actually happen?
Damien- Sophia, you've got a broken ankle and a nasty bruise on your head. You need to go get help. I'll be fine.
Sophia- Your shoulder is injured. You need help rather than me.
I sat there on the verge of tears when Damien pulled me in closer. I shook my head in confusion, only making my headache worse. "What are you doing?"
