((Colby's POV))
I just took over for Cole because he's sad. I feel really bad for him. I can't do anything about it though, because I don't control who Sam likes.
I got up off of the couch, then walked upstairs. I saw that Sam's door was closed, so I knocked on it.
"Sam? Can I come in?" I asked. "Is it Colby?" I heard him say. "Yes." I answered. "Yeah you can come in." Sam said.
I opened the door and walked in. I saw Sam sitting on his bed so I sat beside him. "Hey." I said. "Hey." He responded.
There was a few seconds of silence.
"Colby?" Sam said. I looked at him, "Yeah?" I asked. "I don't really like Cole..." He told me. I sighed, "He can be mean. That's just him. But, he can also be really kind. You just need to give him time." I said to Sam. "What if he hurts me?" Sam asked while looking into my eyes. I pecked his lips. "I promise I won't let that happen." I saw Sam smile. "I love you so much, Colby." Sam said. "I love you too." I pulled Sam into a hug, and he hugged me back.
