   GENESIS' POV

Here I was waiting for Natasha to show up for training. It was 8:55, and I wasn't nervous at all. I wasn't even mad that Captain America decided to make me train individually with Natasha Romanoff, like that was a punishment.
If he thought that he was going to break me of all people, he wasn't. He wasn't the first person to try to do something like this, and I was actually excited. I was excited to see his reaction when I walked out of here smiling.

At 8:57, Stark walked into the room before he asked me,"You're in trouble with Rogers?"

I answered,"I guess. Where's Natasha? I'm ready to get this over with."

Stark only shrugged before he walked back out of the room. I stood to my feet, only to be kicked back into the wall.

  I lifted my head.

Natasha laughed as she said,"This is going to be a lot easier than I thought it was going to be."

I rushed towards Natasha before she jumped over me and kicked me in my back. I grew irritated very quickly before I became invisible.

Natasha said,"Impressive, but you're not the first to have that ability, Genesis."

Natasha looked around, and I teleported over to the other side of the room. There was nothing in this room that I could use, giving Natasha the opportunity to run straight towards me.
I became visible again, using that to my advantage. I grabbed Natasha, and then I threw her into the same wall that she had thrown me into. See what I did there? You can't tell me that wasn't clever.

Natasha said,"Well played, Genesis, but you're forgetting one thing."

I watched her as I said to her,"I know what you're doing. It's not gonna work, Romanoff. You-"

Someone tackled me, but that someone was Iron Man.

I hit the ground as I said,"Really, Natasha? You're sending in other people to do what you're supposed to be doing. How classy."

Stark said,"Genesis, you're doing too much talking. You're making Romanoff angry. That's not a good idea. Trust me, I know from personal experience."

I rolled my eyes before I said to Stark,"Are you really telling me that I talk too much? Stark, worry about yourself. I don't need your advice. You've never made a single, good decision before in your life."

Iron Man moved back, but then I realized what I had just said to him.

  I said,"Tony, I didn't mean to-"

Stark said,"Just worry about Romanoff, Genesis. Just worry about Romanoff."

I just watched Iron Man exit the room. I hated that I had made Stark upset, but it couldn't have been the worst thing he's heard, right? Maybe he'd be fine in a few minutes.
I slowly stood to my feet as I looked around for Natasha. What kind of training session was this? You fight me for a few seconds and then disappear for someone else to fight me.

I rolled my eyes before I heard Natasha say,"I feel bad for you, Genesis."

Natasha jumped down in front of me, and I said to her,"I don't care how you feel, Natasha. We're not friends."

Natasha chuckled before she said,"I know that we're not friends. I have no interest in that, but we're going to be around each other a lot, Genesis. You're going to have to learn how to treat people properly, especially being on a team like this. We don't have to be friends, but we do have to work together. So, I suggest that you stop focusing on yourself and start throwing whatever you've got at me."

I asked Natasha,"Why do you get to tell me how I'm supposed to treat other people?"

Natasha rubbed her face as she said to me,"Genesis, I'm not going to go back and forth with you. I'm not. We either get back to training or you go home."

I said,"I choose to go home."

Natasha grabbed my arm as she said,"You can't just go home! You have an opportunity that others like you will never get. I don't understand why you're acting this way! What's the matter with you?"

I looked down at Natasha's hand before I said to her,"Let go of my arm, Natasha."

Natasha asked me,"Or what, Genesis? Are you going to finally fight me?"

I closed my eyes as I said,"Just let go of my arm, Natasha."

I heard,"Nat, let go of her arm. That's enough."

Clint watched as Natasha slowly let go of my arm.

Clint said to me,"Cap wants to speak to you."

I said,"About another training session? This one was a complete waste of my time. Natasha didn't even do anything. Tell Captain America that I'll talk to him in the morning."

Clint looked like he wanted to shoot me with a few arrows, so I smirked at him before I asked him,"Are you finally going to do something, Barton, or are you retired currently?"

Clint held Natasha back, and Captain America entered the room as he said to Clint and Natasha,"I need you two to check on Stark. I have to talk to Genesis."

Clint chuckled before he said to me,"Good luck, Genesis."

I rolled my eyes before Clint walked out with Natasha.

Captain America walked over to me, and then he said,"I want you gone by morning."

I said,"Not a fan of me, huh? That sucks, but this clearly isn't a good fit for me anyway. It looks like you made a mistake letting me onto this team."

Captain America just looked at me before he left out of the room. I just walked up to my room and got my things before I headed home.
