Often the father of the family remains offended: he is expelled to a separate bed, and it is not very convenient for mom to sleep, because whenever she tries to roll over, the child wakes up.

Only by performing these actions every day, without breaks and weekends, can you achieve a lasting result.
Unfortunately, this method also has disadvantages: in our hectic life, it is not always possible to strictly follow the schedule, and the results will have to wait no earlier than in a couple of months.
