The rain was so heavy and Beverly is still outside, buying some instant foods on a convenient store near her pad.
"Thank God, I bring my umbrella with me." Beverly murmured to herself.
She exited the store. She spotted Kai at the corner, dripping wet. It seems that Kai followed her there.
Yeah, Kai was Beverly's Ex-boyfriend. But its still unofficial. They haven't got the chance to have a formal break up, because there's some part on them, screaming that they both don't wanna loose each other. They just can't be together, because of PRIDE.
Beverly suddenly stopped walking. She examined Kai's state. He's just standing there, face down.
He really looks miserable as if someone he loved just died. He didn't notice you.
There's something that pushes Beverly to come towards him, unconsciously, she just did.
Finally, Kai sees her. He was shocked.
"What are you doing here? Can't you see its raining really hard?!" Beverly shouted to Kai.
Kai let out an annoying smirk. "Wow! I never knew you've cared for me!" He said.
That statement hits her. She realized her selfishness.......
