i drove for 1 hour straight not knowing where to go. tom offered to drive but i declined.

after an hour i stoped at an empty parking lot and stayed quiet for 1 minute.

"tom" i say breaking the silence between me and him.

"yea" he says with worry in his voice.

"your ex girlfriend what was she like" i questioned not looking at him.

"harrison said you had an girlfriend" she says looking me in the eyes. darling i am so sorry but i have to lie.

"she was a friend a while back and we broke up because i moved away" i lied to her. that hurt.

"oh" she says so calmly yet i hope she doesn't know i killed her.

"what was your ex like" i questioned with a smile.

"well he was a nice guy" thats all i said. my ex was toxic and i never loved or liked him in any way.

i hear my phone ring i looked at it and saw a message from sophia.

"come home now" she says

"what" tom questions when i immediately turned the car back on.

"sophia needs something" i lied knowing he knows i'm lieing.

"what" i asked sophia.

"cameron wants to talk to you" she says after closing the door to my room.

"what" i asked confused getting up from my bed.

"he came by and told me" she states making me scared.

"no i don't wanna talk to him" i say opening the door and she follows.

"what does he want" she questions.

"he doesn't want me hanging out with tom" i state

"what will happen if you don't" she questioned.

"i don't know" i say worried for tom.

"we just have to say nothing to tom" i state as she nods in agreement.
