Does she have her job?

It's been 4 weeks since the encounter with Mr. Scratch.

Emily is still on maternity leave.

Aaron had just walked in the door looking really frustrated and on the phone.

"No Erin tell them no" - Aaron said.

"I'm sorry but we need a replacement for Emily" - Strauss said.

"She is coming back Erin" - Aaron replied.

"I know but she needs a replacement" - Strauss said.

"You have got to be fucking kidding me" - Aaron said.

"No Aaron i'm not i'm sorry" - Strauss said.

Aaron just hung up.

"FUCK" - Aaron screamed.

"Aaron are fucking stupid you are going to wake up Fox" - Emily said.

"Sorry babe" - Aaron apologized.

"It's okay, now tell me what happened" - Emily said.

"It's nothing" - Aaron said.

"Screaming Fuck is not nothing" - Emily said.

"Strauss wants to replace you" - Aaron said waiting for her reaction.

"Are you fucking kidding me" - Emily asked angered.

"I'm coming back" - Emily said.

"I know babe" - Aaron said.

3 days later......

"Why does she always have to come after me" - Aaron asked.

"Because she thinks you are trying to steal her job" - Emily replied back.

"How many times do I have to tell her I don't want her job....I don't want to leave the BAU" - Aaron said. 

"I don't know babe" - Emily said.

They heard Fox start to cry.....

"Mommy can you come draw wit me" - Jack asked. 

"Sure baby, Aaron will you go change Fox's diaper" - Emily asked. 

"Yeah" - Aaron said getting up. 

"What do you want to draw baby" - Emily asked.

"Let draw Mickey Mouse" - Jack said. 

"Okay'' - Emily said. 

"Mommy awe you otay" - Jack asked. 

"Yes baby, why do you ask" - Emily asked.

"Nothing, just wondering.......You look sad" - Jack said.

"No baby i'm okay" - Emily said.

"Otay mommy" - Jack said and continued to draw.

Emily just sat there staring at her son wondering why he thought she was sad.

"Look mommy I drew a puppy next to Mickey" - Jack said.

"So cool baby good job" - Emily said. 

"I'm gonna go talk to daddy okay" - Emily said. 

"Otay mommy are you gonna come back" - Jack asked.

"Yes baby" - Emily replied.

"Otay mommy" - Jack said. 

Emily walked into their room where Aaron was at. 

"Aaron we really need to start talking about adult stuff when the kids go to bed" - Emily said. 

Aaron just looked at her confused. 

"While I was drawing with Jack he asked if I was okay, I think he heard us talking about my job, he said I looked sad" - Emily said. 

"Okay we will start talking about adult stuff when the kids go to bed" - Aaron said. 

"Okay I have to go finish drawing with Jack" - Emily said.

"Hey have you seen Declan" - Emily asked.

Just then they heard a scream from Jack. 

"JACKKKKKK" - They both screamed. 

When they got to the kitchen Jack was gone.....
