Now I know I've done two Draco one-shots in a row, but I'm just trying to get ideas out of my head so I become more flow-like with my writing. Since I've never done a one-shot book before. So please be understanding with me.

Rons POV:

After the war, the Sevenths years were allowed to come back to finish off their studies. Mom and Dad suggested that we all do (Nice try J.K Rowling, Fred will never die in my heart or book! sorry, I hate when writers do this too, just needed to put that out there.) So we could have a normal year and just be the kids we were never 'able to be.'

So, we all did. Fred and George decided to go back to, just so they could finish their 'Seventh Year' and get 'extra credit' or whatever they said. Their business was doing amazing, it's not like they needed to, I just think they wanted an excuse to expand their business and get more kids involved. They were accepted, considering that the reason they left was because of Un-Bitch. But they were only allowed a half-semester.

However, Hermione, Harry and I all were welcomed back for the whole 'Eighth Year' as we are calling it. I was excited to not have to worry about dying this year, considering for the past Seven that's all I've been worrying about. From what I've heard though, most of the Seventh years are coming back since they feel the same way about Hogwarts. Plus, it would be a good coping mechanism since it gives us a reason to face it head-on and then move past it. At least that's what I think.

As we enter on the train, I see a lot of people glancing at us and eyeing Harry, who seems a little on edge about it. Hermione notices as well and decides to bring up a conversation on news about how our Eighth Year is going to look.

"So, apparently we are going to have a whole different section of dorms to ourselves. The same common room though. And our classes will be sectioned with other Eighth Years as well as some Seventh Year classes. We'll also be able to stay out later than everyone else. Really it's just being a Seventh Year with a few more perks, I think it's amazing. What about you, Harry?" Hermione asks as she pulls out the letter that was sent out. Harry and I never bothered to read it knowing Hermione would just summarize everything important for us.

"I think it's cool. To be honest, I wouldn't have expected us to be treated as royalty anyway. I just want a normal year, with normal problems a normal, teenage wizard would have. Rather it is studies or love, I don't care. I just don't want any risk of me dying at every single turn I take. It was adventurous don't get me wrong, defiantly stories to tell the kids, it just got old real quick," Harry smirked as he said it, but it was the truth.

"Props to that, mate. A normal year is going to be awesome." I grinned as Hermione chuckled, but agreed as well. Suddenly, a snake arrived.

"Well, well, if it isn't the Golden Trio. How un-surprising, hear to grant us with your presence Potter?" Malfoy snickered as Harry rolled his eyes, along with Hermione. However, I wanted to knock him out right here.

"Shove off, Malfoy. Take you and your annoying arse somewhere else!" I growled as I felt Hermione place her hand on my shoulder, kind of pulling me backwards gently.

"Let's go, Ron. Malfoy isn't worth the trouble," Hermione spoke in a gentle voice, but her glare showed me she too wanted to knock Malfoys ego down a few hundred.

"Yeah, she's right, mate. Malfoy is all bark no bite," Harry gave me a small smirk as I felt that tiny victory when Malfoy began to protest.

This resulted in us leaving chuckling and Malfoy angry and frustrated.

On the train ride towards Hogwarts, I could feel a sinking feeling in my stomach, but I pushed past it and was grateful to see the castle building standing in its pride and glory. The place feeling like a second home to me, and I knew it was home to Harry. I saw Hermione looked happy to be back as well, but I knew Harry felt that this was more than just a way to cope. He needed to see his home standing tall again, therefore he could too.
