"Are you sure your ready for this?" Luke says. I shake my head. "Yeah. It can't be that bad." Luke, Reggie, and I poof out to my old home. There's a new car in the drive way. From the outside everything looks the same. I can even see my curtains from outside the window. Luke looks at me and gives me another look to see if i'm ready to go in. I shake my head. We through the door. It's all the same. Everything. They haven't changed it. The walls are still beige. Plants everywhere. Mom loves Plants. We all walk up the stairs to see the long hall way. My room, extra bedroom, parents room, bathroom, dads other bedroom. They fought a lot so he stayed in there. The guest bedroom was usually used for Aunt Lynn. She came over sometimes to check on me and stayed the night. We walk inside my bedroom. It's the same. White walls, red sheets, guitar, music sheets, fanny packs. The same as I left it. "So many memories." Reggie says. Luke shakes his head. "Yeah." I say. We walk out to my parents room. It's all the same. The flower blanket, bigger tv now, moms perfume collection. I laugh a little. It's all the same. I wonder why they haven't changed anything. We begin to walk past the guest room because i figure it's the same. I barely went in there anyways. Until Reggie stopped me. "Dude." He said pulling my shoulder. pink lights shine out from under the door. I look at the guys. I go to grab the door knob and Luke stops me. "Are you sure?" He says. "Yeah it's fine." I say. He opens the door for me. It's pink. White fluffy rug, pink blankets, pink walls, pictures on the walls, not like before at all. Someone stays here. A girl. A sister? Luke puts his arm around me and Reggie around him. "I don't know who lives here." I say. Luke walks inside and lifts up a framed photo. It's a photo of a young girl, around 15 and my parents. There sitting around a birthday cake. "Happy Birthday Alex." They celebrate it. "Okay. Um. Can we go downstairs. They aren't home it seems wrong." I say. Reggie shakes his head. "Yeah let's go." Luke says. We walk back outside. "You okay?" Luke says. "Yeah, man. That probably sucks." Reggie says. "Yeah i'm okay. Thanks guys." I respond. We poof back to the garage. I sit down. I don't know what to say to be honest. I know the guys are giving me time to think too. I have a sister? Is that even a sister. Or just a roommate? Never mind that dumb. My parents are still together? Even after all of the fighting? If thats my sister I hope they don't fight anymore. Maybe me dying helped them back together? Was I the cause of the fighting? I think the guys saw me starting to cry so they began to join me. "Hey man look we don't have to go back okay. Julie will be home tomorrow at 3 and we can rehearse with her. For now we can go somewhere else." Luke says grabbing my hand. I smile. "I'm sorry." Reggie says. "Thanks guys." I respond. We stayed and rehearsed till around 9 and then started to head to sleep. I stayed up for a while just thinking. How could I have a sister. I wish I met her. She seems really cool. She has a guitar in there. She must be into music too. I'll go back tomorrow without the guys. I fall asleep.
