The bride and the boy

I woke up, and I smelt wet dirt, and saw a small patch of light shining in my eyes. I sit up using my arms, and see concrete under me.

I move my fingers on the ground, and there's dust all over the ground which makes it appear more gray than black. I lift my head, and see metal bars as a gate, like the doors in the small jails at my village.

I slowly stand up from my knees, patting down, and dusting my brown and white dress. I rub my hands on my face, and I almost forget why I'm here.

I stick my cheeks between the cold metal bars and look down the hall; I see a small opening where the sunlight hits the floor, and I yell for help, and no response; all I hear is my echo. Then the brown wooden door at the end of the small hall creaks open, and I back up to the wall of the cell, with my fingers spread out against the cold concrete wall.

I see gaston smiling. He wore his red shirt, brown shoes, and black pants. His hair was pulled back, tied together with a red ribbon and his hair was greasy.

He walked closer to me and said, "Really, you thought that your beast boyfriend would've killed me." Gaston then whistled a tune, and the door opened again.

Two big men were carrying in Adam's body. His auburn hair swung back and forth. They threw him into my cell, and re-locked the iron bars. I ran over to his body, and he was still. Not a twitch or any movement. He had a large wound in his left side. Blood was splattered from his left side, to his right. I press my ear to his chest, and hear nothing, not a single beat.

"Oh you really think I would leave him alive, ha!" He laughed. "You-you monster!" I screamed. "No, he's the monster, I am the handsome town hero." He said with a proud smile.

I bent over Adams body, and stroked his cheek with my finger. Then, I held his paw-hand up to my cheek, and hold it there for as long as I can.

Then gaston barges into the cell and pulls me away from Adam. He gets me up on my feet, and takes me by my forearm.

"And you as my bride." Gaston said with a half smile, still tugging on my arm. "Like I would ever marry you!" "You have no choice." My eyes widened.

I screamed and yelled, but all the men stood there, looking like statues, with frowns on their faces.

Gaston threw me onto the tiled floor in a bathroom with a white dress and vale, uttered evil words, "we shall marry in his castle, oh the pain that will cause its memory", then left. The bathroom had no windows, and was all pearl white and peach colored. We were still in Adam's castle.

I sat on the floor and thought, and cried. There was only one way out, to end it. I took some lipstick that was left on the counter for me, and I wrote on the mirror, I don't love you, no one can, you're a monster, I'd rather die than marry you. I wrote so hard that I broke the lipstick bar and saw the piece clatter on the ground.

After I finished with the writing, I took the vale and tied it in a loop. I found a pipe that was thick and strong, that hung from the ceiling. I checked if it would hold my weight by dangling my arms on it, then I wrapped the vale around me neck, then the pipe, and hung myself.

As I swung my body back and forth, I struggled for air, even though I knew this was the right thing to do, it hurt like hell. My lungs, neck and whole body ached. Soon I heard banging at the door, and as the light was fading, I saw Gaston in shock, and smiled.

I ran to a him, I jumped in his arms, and we shared a huge kiss. We backed up, and I stared at his deep blue eyes, then I ran my fingers through his blonde/brown hair, and traced my eyes around his round face. I kissed him again. He had one hand on my cheek, and another on my waist. He pulled me in closer, and still kissed me, then he said in a soft voice, "Abella, wake up, Abella."
