Chapter 1

sorry everyone if you have read this and was confused.

this story is about a girl who is not so popular but not a loser. She has two family's one biological and the other well her best friend Sandys mother considers her a daughter. anyhow Ashley soon is changed into a vampire then finds out that shes the chosen one. she must stop the war that has been going on between mythic beings and  the humans. will she choose to save everyone or shell she abandon everyone's hopes and desire to destroy the world that she once called home?

Chapter 1

blue eyes stair through my dreams, and i don't know the meaning of it. they look lonely but full of love, strong but soft hearted. "i feel like ive seen them before." thought Ashley. the beauty of them shine, deep blue and never ending. "why do they keep appearing in my dreams. It doesn't seem to matter whats happening they are still looking at me pleading. Hell sometimes i hear a voice telling me to find them. but i don't know how to find them."

"Ashley!" yelled sandy. "the bell rang, were going to be late to our last hour. "SHOOT!! sorry!!" yelled Ashley i'm coming! sandy looked at her strangely. "what have you been so caught up in that you cant even notice the bell ring?" asked sandy. Nothing, sorry. it was an accident, my bad. exaggerated Ashley. If its so bad leave me behind. sandy rolled her eyes at Ashley dramatic complaints. Well, miss Ashley, If your going to be like that, i wont bother. ill just leave you there to be tarty to your next class." sandy roared. Ashley stopped and stared at sandy "sorry, I didn't mean to sound like a total ass" Ashley looked at the floor. sandy looked and kept walking. "Its whatever." Ashley ran after her and hugged her, "look were going be late." she pulled sandy along and started laughing.

my names Ashley, im 5'8'', red hair and brown/orange eyes. im a junior in high school. my best friend is sandy. She is also a junior. shes a few inches shorter then me. she has blond hair, and hazel eyes. Absolutely beautiful she is. she has it all money, popularity, good parents, car, a cute dog and a super hot boyfriend. that's probably why she can be a pain in my rear. but she has always been there for me. my mother has been working her cute butt off for years to put food on the table. dad doesn't work, he says hell get a job soon but he always smells like strong vodka. sometimes i cant stand being around him so i'm either at Sandy's or in my bedroom. school is great. i love my classes for the most part. my GPA stays above a 3.0 average. mom grounds me if they drop. anyways tomorrow is my birthday. ill be turning seventeen, October 28th of 2193. sandy said she was planing a huge birthday for me. i dont know though this is Odessa Texas. its a ghost town now, its nothing like it use to be.

My last hour went by fast. i dropped my books off at my locker and grabbed my homework. then i found sandy and we started heading to her house. "Ashley, what do you think about shopping tomorrow for your birthday?" sandy asked. "oh, that would be fun, but i have no money." Ashley said softly. "GIRL, you know my momma thins of you as one of her own. shell give you some, you should know that by now. your over here all the time." sandy proudly. "ya, but it dont feel right taking money from you and your parents." sandy didnt say another word after that. we drove in silence. i looked out my window to see the vampires school you go to after being marked. they call it the house of Nyx, others call it house of vamps. If your one to be hunted, you must move out and live there. its Ara is good but the castle itself just looks creepy. a man with blue eyes and blond hair comes walking outside. he watched us drive by. the look he had on his face was as if he were to charge after us. instantly i looked away. his eyes were the same ones i seen in jy dreams. they were deep and beautiful. ive never seen eyes as blue as the sea. "Ashley you zoned out again. what the hell is wrong with you!" sandy said Ashley just gawked at her. "did you see that handsome young man?" Ashley yelled "he was magnificent. "Ashley get a grip he was a young vamp, of course hes beautiful. id love to have a protector strong and absolutely hot like that but i dont like the ones with blue eyes, the silver eyes got me Baby!" sandy screamed and Ashley joined in.
