"You look more tired than usual," Aname Kira said.

"I slept late, let me sleep for a bit," I take out my face mask and put it on to hide my face while I sleep.

"Sure, school freak." Kira always thought I'm a school freak for being obsessed with finishing homeworks and assignments on time until my own sleep schedule is messed up.

We've been friends since middle school. She's a social butterfly, might as well be friends with everyone. But she decided that I should be her best friend because the others have their own pair who they like to hang out with all the time. Apparently, I talk the least and the probability to have a fight is low.

"Is Akame Yuuri here?" a voice entered my fuzzy dream.

"Felt like someone called my name," I mumbled and shifts my head position.

"Err, there is someone calling your name," the voice sounded more closer.

"If you're not a teacher, I'm not moving..." I drifted into my fuzzy dream again.

"But the teacher is calling you," he said, bluntly.

"Hm? Kira deal with- hm." I do not understand why people can't let a tired student sleep at recess time. While I was arguing myself to sleep, Kira shook me. "Miya Osamu said the teacher is calling you, so wake the hell up," her voice sounded sweet and very polite yet the words finally catch my damn slow brains.

"Huh?" I stood up immediately, before I could open my eyes properly. "AKH!" My head bumped with a guy's head.

"AAAAA I'm sorryyyy," I panicked. "Miya Osamu? Miya san, sorryy. Errr- Are you okay?"

The students watching us gasped. The girls started cussing me. The boys laughed their tops off. "Akame san," he gritted. "Your head made out of a stone or something?"

I hung my head in embarrassment. "Sorry, Miya san. I am completely awake now."

"Me too, apparently," he said. Shit. He's mad. "Let's just go."

I don't have the audacity to ask him where he's taking me or who's calling for me so I just follow him from behind like a kid who just got scolded by her mother.

The coach and the volleyball team supervisor?

"Akame san?" The coach asked.

"Yes, s-sir? I'm sorry, did I do something wrong?" I hung my head.

"No," he laughs. "We're just thinking of offering you to be the manager for the club."

"Huh? Why?"

"Your sister is a great manager. We were thinking if maybe you have the same interest and talent as her? Or you can get guidance from your sister?"

Being compared with your siblings really not the best feeling and I can assure you, everyone feels this way. "I'm sorry, I am not as diligent and hardworking as her."

"Oh," they nodded in disappointment. "Do you have any suggestions then? We could not have an open recruitment. There'll be too many applicants."

"I don't know much about the manager's works. But if I were to hire a manager I would give at least 3 days for them to prove themselves to me that they're worth calling a manager," I thought deeply and shared my thoughts. "I mean, if they knew how much work and how hard it is, they would think twice to actually take on this job."

"As expected from Akame san's sister," the teacher supervisor proudly laughs.

I laughed awkwardly. Why am I even think hard to help them with this when they don't even know they are hurting my pride as a little sister?
