A Ghostly Christmas

Scene 1

It is Christmas Eve at Button House and it is the middle of the afternoon, we can see Alison decorating the Christmas tree with the assistance of The Captain and Julian,

The Captain: "Yes this is incredible so far"

Julian: "It is pleasant, but I think it needs a little bit more tinsel don't you think?"

Alison: "No Julian there's plenty of it already mate"

Julian: "You can't go wrong with a bit of tinsel on your..."

The Captain: (disrupting) "Yes thank you Julian, I think we've received quite enough from you"

Alison: "Julian please behave yourself tomorrow"

Julian: "Yes of course Alison, whatever you wish"

Julian walks out of the common room where The Captain is now helping Alison choose the baubles for the tree, Mike walks in to see Alison decorating the tree,

Mike: How's the Christmas tree looking?"

Alison: "Well as I've been doing it all by myself"

The Captain: "With my support"

Alison: "Yes with The Captain's help it's looking excellent"

Mike: "I had to cut the veg didn't I"

Alison: "Yes I know, what do you think of the tree so far?"

Mike: "It looks gorgeous well done and great job Captain"

The Captain: "You are indeed kind-hearted Michael, are you going to put the star up yet?"

Alison: "Oh the star"

Alison gets the star from the box and places it on the top of the decorated tree, Mike turns the Christmas lights on and Alison turns off the main light which creates a cosy and festive mood, Mike and Alison give each other a hug,

The Captain: "I shall leave you both at peace"

The Captain leaves the common room,

Alison: "This is going to be the best Christmas yet"

Scene 2

It is still the middle of the afternoon and Mike and Alison are decorating the rest of the house with The Captain assisting Alison, he is instructing Alison where the decorations must go,

Alison: "Where should I put this reindeer Cap?"

The Captain: "Hmm let me see... Ah this bit of the fireplace it would look fantastic up there with the tinsel and the candle perfectly in the centre"

Alison puts the reindeer on the mantlepiece, Alison and The Captain imitate a high five, Mike is now placing up the lights on the celling and Robin and Kitty are so mesmerized by the decorations,

Kitty: "Oh my look how wonderful the decorations are"

Robin: "Yes so beautiful with the tinsel, balls and orna... ornam... orna..."

Kitty: "Ornaments Robin"

Robin: "I said that alright"

Kitty: "Anyway, all these decorations just remind me of Christmas with my sister"

Robin: "Silly, Ohh come here you Hehehe"

Robin gets prepared to make the lights blink and Alison and The Captain walk in the common room to check on Mike,
