2 - The Catchup

Once Ella awoke from her nap at 10 pm, she couldn't fall asleep until 4 am. She woke up at 11 am on Saturday.

Ella had thought to herself, "I seriously need a better lifestyle." Anyway, today was the day she was getting ready to meet George. A little reunion.

After she had brushed her teeth, her hair, ate breakfast, put clothes and makeup on, she was done... Except that all took about 2 hours.

1:00  pm

"Shit oh my god I'm going to be late BRUH wtf nono ok its ok lets get this show on the road. lets go" Ella had thought to herself.

At 1:10 pm, she left her house. Driving to the cafe took about 40 minutes because of traffic, so she had arrived at 1:50. She wasn't actually late, but George was already there.

"Els!" George said with excitement when he had seen Ella.

"George! Hi!!" Ella said as she was going in for a hug.

"Come, sit sit. Let's order some coffee yeah?" George had asked.

"Yes please. I definitely need some." She said.

George laughed. "Still have a messed up sleeping schedule I'm guessing?"

"Well yeah, but you're not one to talk if I'm remembering correctly. Don't you stay up all night playing Minecraft?" She asked.

"Wellll yeah... and that's actually part of the reason why I asked you to come meet me." George said nervously.

The waiter had served them their coffee, and they both said thank you. After the waiter left, they had carried on with their conversation.

"Sorry, what were you going to say?" Ella asked as she sipped her coffee.

"I was wondering if you like Minecraft at all or are willing to play it with me and my friends? I'm not saying you have to join the Dream SMP automatically, but Dream, Sapnap, and I would all love it for you to try playing with us sometime. And if you enjoy it, who knows what could come in the future." He said.

"Well... So..." She had taken a pause. George was already getting ready to say that it was okay and that he was sorry for wasting her time. Before George had said anything, she quickly unpaused and said, "I love playing Minecraft. Honestly, I used to be so obsessed with it but I haven't played in a while. I'm just warning you now, I kinda suck at it. But, I would love to play with you guys!" She said happily.

A smile came across George's face. "Good! I'm so glad. I can't wait. I promise it's going to be super fun, it's never boring around there." He replied.

After that conversation, Ella and George had actually caught up with each other's lives. About almost 2 hours later after just complete talking, their little reunion had come to an end. They both hugged each other goodbye, and Ella was excited to see what was going to happen.

A couple of hours after she had gotten home, she got added into a groupchat.
