I got bored, I have quirk lists and more quirks, and I'm thinking of many characters, so come get your characters! The personalities might be based off of other characters, and I won't remember cause welcome to my brain. If you see one imitating yours and don't like it, then I'll change it if you want. Becoming an informant for the hero's, some get greedy and want to take him for themselves. Similarly, the villains also want to take him so they can gain information on hero's. With both sides gunning for him, where can he hide? Well, a certain rat knows where.

There's a group of people running around. No one can tell their names, numbers, faces, or anything. A group who helps anyone and everyone. All they know is a name. HOTH.
