Best friends, that's what we were. Cliché as it may sound... we actually fell in love. But unlike the movies, being together wasn't our happily-ever-after. Why? He left, without even a goodbye. This has been unpublished for quite some time since I was planning to edit and improve it, however due to lack of motivation and plenty of cringing (a 14-year-old wrote this), I decided to leave it as it is. Out of the blue, I was engaged to a jerk. I hated him because he's rude. But... he was the only one who understands me, so I admired him. I looked forward for the wedding but... I couldn't walk down the aisle. I couldn't ruin the man I loved.

I thought it was fate that brought us together. It probably was... but it was tore by the history we have behind. I gave up and chose to walk out of his life bearing a secret I'll take to my grave. He deserves to know but it was my selfish choice to keep it.
