This is based on a anime called Ouran Highschool Host Club if you haven't heard of it, then I highly suggest you watch it! Im not going to go into detail on what it's about but if you want to watch the anime it's only (sadly) 26 episodes. It doesn't get extremely complicated until I'm close to finishing the book.
