Park Jimin is a very successful pop artist -he's at the top of his game and one of the world's most renown stars. Min Yoongi is a very unsuccessful, aspiring rapper but in reality is a barista at a coffee shop. Yoongi hates mostly everything. Everything save Kumamon, his dog Holly, and Park Jimin. There's an upcoming competition for aspiring singers to show their talent. The winner receives a million dollars as well as a day with one of the judges on the panel choosing the winner. Yoongi, pushed by his friends and the fact that the one and only Park Jimin is one of the panel judges, decides to compete.
