Dabi had been counting to being sent to Tartarus to break out the estranged members of The League of Villains. However, he doesn't count on fate to not be on his side and is instead sent to Musutafu Private Psychiatric Hospital... exactly where his mother, Rei, is at. Together, they learn to heal from the past and finally gain closure. Natsuo is approached by Shigaraki with the offer to break his brother out of the hospital and he fights to keep himself from getting in over his head. Keigo unlocks the Todorokis' past and is faced with the ultimatum of where he stands. As a hero or as a villain.

"Tell me," Hawks' voice is like honey- smooth and almost sickly sweet, "What do you like about me the most?" Dabi can see that shit eating grin, even if he wasn't looking at the hero- the smugness dripping off of that question is nearly enough to make him drown. For a fleeting heartbeat, Dabi mulls over how it would feel to drown in a vat of honey. He concludes that it couldn't be the worst way to go.
