Bakugo's phone was taken in the process, and the two create a plan to get the phone back that leads the two to slowly become closer as friends. And eventually more. With Todoroki being basically forced to work at Endeavor's agency and Bakugo climbing the ranks, they've been basically forced apart. But with Bakugo paying for Mitsuki's cancer treatments and Todoroki desperate to move out, they get an apartment together to save money. Memories of their past relationship and old scars show up, but with them so do old feelings.
