(The first installment in the 'My Life' series.) "Whoever said, 'the more you lie, the easier it gets' was wrong. It doesn't get easier. It gets harder. Because sooner or later, the lies will suffocate you until you're just an empty shell waiting to die. I should know. I'm already halfway there." - Isabella Meet Isabella Ace, a 250 pound girl who was voted the 'ugliest girl' by her peers at Woodway Prep--a school for the rich. Sick of all the bullies, mostly Thomas Reed--the arrogant airhead and all around douchebag, she decided enough was enough. One year later, she's back, better than ever, and ready for revenge. But with a guilty conscience and a mysterious past waiting to be discovered, Isabella's life just got a whole lot harder. *Watty 2012 Special Award Winner: Big Screen Adaptation* *Published by Summit Media: Pop Fiction 1/1/16 (international author)* *#1 Teen Fiction (4/8) (4/26) (6/25) (6/29) (7/5) (7/23) (7/27) (8/16) (8/21) (8/23) (8/29) (9/7) (10/13) (10/19 - 10/28)*

"You'll be fine?" I shrieked. "You just got freaking stabbed! You're letting out more blood than a girl on her period! You are not going to be fine! I have to call the police. No wait, I have to call an ambulance! Oh my God, why didn't I think of that before? Stupid, Genevi-" "Stop talking!" he growled, turning away. I wrung my hands together in panic, trying to calm myself down. "I can take care of this, kitten. Leave me alone. It's just a small wound. Not like I haven't been stabbed before." he muttered the last part. "What?!" "Leave." he growled. I stared at him, unable to close my mouth. I had never seen someone get stabbed before. Heck, I had never seen someone get into a fight before. Ever. The only violence I had experienced was in movies. It was unfortunate for me that I found out how I would react in a danger situation like this. And by react, I mean completely flip the hell out. *LANGUAGE WARNING*

Oh, uhm, hello. My name is Lily and this completely fictional story (completely) is about my life. I guess I should tell you a few of the basic things about myself, since we'll be spending a lot of time together and just so you have an idea of who I am and all that great stuff. I'm thirteen-years-old (okay twelve and 360 days but, close enough) and I am in eighth grade with my best friend, Jedd, at Willows Academy in Pennsylvania. I live with my dad in a small apartment up the road from school, where I eat take-out almost every day of my life and read books on the couch (I know, exciting, right?). I suppose I could talk about my mum but you'll find out all about her. So yeah, I mean, that's not all there is to know about me, but hopefully you'll stick around to find out more... Phew glad that's over. Let's order take-out. Disclaimer: I do not own Percy Jackson. Rick Riordan is the master of this awesomeness.

Sebastian Bowman is a glasses wearing, fiction writing dork. He has a thing for finding trivial things fascinating. He has a Broadway singing roommate who doubles as his best friend. He's happy. Arya Lennington is a leather wearing, fiction writing loser. She has a thing for The 1975 and typewriters. Her roommate is always in their room, hosting parties with plenty of alcohol. She's never felt more alone. When this unlikely pair bond over a club, a cigarette, and a memoir, things go where nobody thought they ever would.

She can't even tell her two best friends, Joshua and Megan, about her problems. Then she meets young and mysterious Calvin Young about to commit suicide by jumping from her school's rooftop which surprised Reina. Can Reina and Calvin learn to speak up about their issues? Can they find their reasons to live? ______ "One day you'll leave me. You don't want a girl with a rape story," I said as I desperately tried to stop my sobs and hiccups. "You deserve someone who is prettier and more stable then me." "Mon ange ," he whispered to me lightly as he held my tear-stained face. I looked at him and my breath shortened as I met his intense look. "I don't want anyone else," he said, "because I just want you." ______ WARNING: Story contains rape, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
