Things changed after the Battle of Hogwarts. The death of Albus Dumbledore and Harry Potter left the Wizarding World in shambles. Voldemort quickly took power, slaughtering any soul unwilling to swear allegiance. However, there were cowards amongst us, those who bent the knee for the sake of survival. Voldemort had a special job for those of us who surrendered. We were to be entertainment for him and his followers, his Death Eaters. We were to be performers: dancers, singers, instrumentalists. Entertainment crafted by the mundane, he'd taunted. There were some who secretly believed that one day we would be liberated, set free from the tyrannical rule of the Dark Lord. It's nothing but a fairytale, a story meant to soothe terrified minds, for who was strong enough to kill the darkest wizard of our age?
