Despite their defeat at the Capital Wasteland, he never gave up. By the time he succeeded in taking over the Commonwealth with the Enclave, he rendevous at the Appalachian Mountains where every Enclave main divisions will be meeting. They've planned to take back the entire North America wasteland to make America be reborn again. But Oum has other plans For Jaune, the Enclave, and their former allies.
