Numb3r 10 is a crossover between C. L. Stone's Ghost Bird series and the TV show Numb3rs. Dr. Sang Sorenson is a math genius-she's made a name for herself as one of the top mathematicians in the country. The Blackbourne team has moved on from the Academy and transferred their skills to working at the FBI. They're about to learn that sometimes, math is exactly what they need to solve a difficult case. This story is going to be written in a TV show format with several chapters comprising one "episode". After making a tough and final decision to leave home where family clearly didn't want her, Sang meets Phil and is joined into the academy very quickly. Finding out she doesn't exist, she becomes a ghost bird the academy hasn't seen for a long time.But she decided to work alone than join or help other teams. Sang is still the small shy girl at first, but when she opens up, she's the greatest person to know. Now Phil has asked for her to come to South Carolina and help a team that's in need of assistance only a bird can do. What will the Blackbourne Toma team think of her?

What if it wasn't the Blackbourne team that found and rescued Sang from her abusive family, but rather the Toma team? What if Sang became the little sister to the Toma team and fully integrated into the Academy as a ghost bird? Years later, Sang is in college and finally runs into the much older and deeply damaged Blackbourne team. Can she be their saving grace?

What if a second bird was joining Sang and the Academy boys. Sang and James are like night and day. Winter and Summer. Where Sang can be quiet and timid James is bold and energetic. Both seem to grab the boys attention as well as each other. Both are so different yet so similar. Each with there own quirks and beauty that will give the boys a run for there money. Friendship?
