This definitely isn't your or my typical Thomas Shelby Fanfic. This is a story in which Tommy needs to take reign or care of the female protagonist - Jade Verga. This is a story of needing and not just about romance and kisses. Which is something we all crave at the end of the day. It's a stripped down story, one that is raw with truth and angst. That selfish need is a sense of belonging at the end of the day. It's needless to say, this story means a whole lot to me.

Constantly getting into fights, barley passing in school. His dad left and his mom's a mess. Leaving him to get stuck living with his uncle, in a small town outside of New York. He isn't innocent, but neither is she. She's constantly warned about 'falling for the bad boy', but maybe, deep down he wasn't so bad. And maybe, deep down, she wasn't as good as everyone thought she was.
