Izuku doesn't have a quirk. That's the long and short of it. After being told his whole life he can't be a hero, General Education at UA is the best he can hope for, right? Wrong. Dead Wrong. So super wrong that his best friend from Gen Ed, all of Class 1A and a whole mess of Pro Heroes are going to prove to him how wrong he is. Izuku has the makings of a hero, and his lack of a quirk only throws those qualities into starker relief. After all, who wants to be as strong as All Might when you can be the cleverest hero in the business?

This story is set in a world where power depends on a name. A name you're not given by your parents, a name that defines your power. A name that has built a new society. A middle name. Your middle name appears on the underside of your left wrist on your 5th birthday. That's when many lives change. For the better. Or for the worst. Izuku Midoriya was a kind kid. He had a best friend and they hoped to be heroes together, a profession that stops the people using the power of their names for evil, by using their own power. Owning a cafe that is frequented by many, heroes and civilians alike, isn't easy, but Midoriya didn't really mind. He had two kids to take care of, found many friends in the resident teachers and the resident explosive pomeranian. But the boy is tangled up in things that most heroes wouldn't even want to go near.

I've really been into this thing where Peter goes to Stark Tower or Avengers Compound and gets super embarrassed by his family (the avengers). Oh, and where Flash almost gets murdered.
