This is a story about izuku except he is now a girl named "izumi" who also has a quirk where if it's activated,all she needs to do is look at somebody in the eye,snap her fingers, and ...POOF! the person is turn into a pile of helpless yet beautiful flowers for 20 mins. She can also turn inanimate objects into beautiful flowers, but if it's an inanimate object it stays as flowers for ever.
