A ZADR fanfic for people who ship the two enemies of Invader Zim.

(After Enter The Florpus) Zim no longer has any reason to take over Earth. The tallest won't answer his calls, and he knows that they are not coming to Earth. Since he's stuck here, he decides to spend his time with Dib. But, they start to become a little more than friends.

Dib and Zim had always been enemies. But when the two get in a bad fight and Zim fails his science class, the principal assigns Dib to tutor Zim until his grades improve. As time goes on, the two notice new feelings for each other. But their sudden feelings will be challenged when Zim is told the truth about his mission to Earth and falls into a deep depression. Warning! Mature themes (swearing, gore, slightly sexual topics)

Soon after, Zim finds himself on an autopsy table, and believes Dib to be the culprit. Thinking quickly, he travels back in time to when he befriends Dib, intending to stop the event from taking place. But in the process, he finds out that Dib wasn't planning anything of the sorts. Now without a disguise, Zim must team up with his greatest enemy (and at the same time his only friend) to find who else in this world of idiots would know Zim's true identity. Side note, this book does contain ZaDR (Zim and Dib Relationship) so if you don't like ZaDR, I'm telling you now that you can leave. As well, this book is a work of fiction-within-fiction, meaning that it is NOT canon to the show. It takes place after the events of Mopiness of Doom (an unaired episode, which you can watch on youtube in the form of either an animation project or an official script reading, neither of which are mine.) and doesn't fully follow the canonicity of future (unaired) episodes. If you haven't seen Mopiness of Doom, some elements of the story may not make sense.

STOP READING THIS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I WAS LIKE 10 WHEN I WROTE THIS Zim and Dib have hated, well hate is an understatement but we'll go with it, they've hated each other for longer than anybody could imagine. But one day there appears to be a virus in technology in Dib's neighborhood. Dib being Dib, he suspects that Zim is up to something. So, Dib rushes over to Zim's house. Zim was actually surprised to see Dib, but he explains the cause of the virus, and that it is indeed his next evil plan. But by accident, GIR gets the virus too! Zim can't fix this problem alone. So as much as Zim hates to admit it, he needs Dib's help. Can a malfunction in GIR's system, cause a malfunction in their's? ------------------------------ If you couldn't tell already, this will be Zadr (Zim and Dib romance) so just a heads up.
