It is meant as a punishment for her and the other prisoner. Her new cellmate is Loki the prince of Asgard himself. Loki is moved into a cell with a Midgardian, at first they both detest each other. Both of them have strong personalities, they clash a lot. Spending weeks and months together in that one cell, bored out of their minds. After spending so much time together, things start to change... *Author's Note*-I make a point to make everything I write unique and original. I don't like doing what's already been done so this story should be like no other Loki fanfic you've read before. I also like to change the original storyline a bit so this story doesn't necessarily follow the storyline of the Marvel movies. But that doesn't last long. When her skills are exposed to the team, they start asking questions. The questions bring back not-so-pleasant flashbacks of her old life. Over time Vanessa and Steve grow closer, and he comforts her through the flashbacks and anxiety. But just as people are starting to care for her again, she pushes them away. The fear of hurting more people haunts her. So does her past. Vanessa doesn't think anybody could care about her, let alone love her. For who could love such Damaged Goods?
