Only 0.5% of the population are nekos, jus to see a Neko is extremely rare, they're usually encaged and used at test subjects, or even kept in zoos. So the Neko population has dropped expediently and is very close to extinction. Nekos are humans with cat characteristics. Ears, tail, heats, senses, agility, flexibility and ect.

Deku's quirk is Transformation, he can turn into any animal he wants aslong he sees ii the drawback is if he stays in the form for more than 16 hours than his mind becomes like the animal he was transformed into for an hour.
