Strong gusts of wind blew past me, carelessly tossing and tangling strands of my dampened hair. Dark grey clouds loomed over head in the night sky, leaving no room for stars to shine through. Tommy, who had been in and out of the foster system since he was 6, was told to get ready for another family meeting. To say he wasn't too fond of that was an understatement.
