Within her mind they come across a variety of dreams, subconscious realities, nightmares and wild imagination. In the meantime, an OCD-suffering doctor, Dr. Perry Hunter, begins to witness strange and eerie accountings in Saint Mary's Hospital, especially to do with Xara. He also starts to question humanity and his own origins, yet all such plans are thwarted by an incognito enemy on the run from the law of a thousand years ago for rape and cannibalism. As dreams and reality mix, who will survive in a dystopian and androgynous world of depravity and will Jack and Adrian discover the cause of Xara's illness? WARNING: Very disturbing scenes.
