Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering. I will put a warning beside each chapter title that includes detailed descriptions of triggering topics. The characters do not belong to me, only the plot. Characters belong to the anime Boku No Hero Acadamia and it's creator. I did the drawing up at the top, it's not the full image though.

A my hero academia fan fiction where All Might didn't lose the slime monster... and Izuku, dreams freshly crushed, decides to help in a way even a "quirkless Deku" like him could. He becomes an information broker for the heroes. Because while his dream had always been to be a hero, his goal had always- and will always- be helping others, and come he'll or high water, he would not give up on that. With this in mind he began analyzing quirks and training his brain so he could surpass even analytical quirks. And further so his information would surpass all other's. And like that his name began to spread- Deku, the top quirk analyst, with his all seeing quirk Pantomath. I make nothing from this, except excuses for what I do with my time. The only thing that is mine is the plot and OCs.

Izuku Midoriya has always dreamed of becoming a hero. Despite his powerlessness, he wants to follow the path all take to become true heroes. But fate calls him to act faster than what everyone says, and he is forced to make a choice that will ultimately decide what symbol of society he becomes.

Prequel to Pantomath: Izuku left up on the roof decides to finally stop resisting and takes Bakugo's advice. He jumps. Caught by a stranger and later presumed dead he begins a new life and, eventually, starts beginning to lay the foundation to create a legend; The Information Broker, Deku, with an unknown information quirk that quickly earns much praise- Pantomath. Every legend starts somewhere this, however, is an end. Hello, T.A.L.A. here, I know it says prequel, but technically it should be read after Pantomath. (There's kind of spoilers for Pantomath near it's conclusion as it leads into a Pantomath sequel- coming soon.) Promise it's worth your time (probably) so check it out. He had noticed how everyone changed. And it had all begun with his lost notebook. One day he was still fine, laughing with his friends and raising his hand during every lesson, the next he was alone and scared of speaking up. The teachers glared at him, his friends avoided him, and the only ones seemingly unaffected by whatever happened were Present Mic, Shinsou, Todoroki and Asui. Then he was suddenly sitting in an intrrgoation room, with his previously lost notebook laying in front of him. What the hell was going on? [discontinued - ending open for interpretation]

"Crap!" whisper-yelled a certain greenette. He was currently running on the street for his life when fate decided to betray him in the worst possible scenario, making him trip on nothing but pure air! He could hear the sirens in the distance which meant that a few heroes were even closer. After getting expelled from his dream school, Izuku struggles to make it through life on his own, as his word starts to crumble around him. After his dream is finally crushed, Izuku isn't quite sure there's anything left for him to live for, but...he can't exactly kill himself either, not without hurting the people he cares the most about. So, when he realizes that the quirkless can't technically be vigilantes, it seems like the best of both worlds. He'll be able to save people even without being a hero and, if he happens to die while he's at it...well, like Kacchan said, maybe he'd be born with a quirk in the next life. NOT MY STORY! This is a Deku vigilante AU(UA backwards, huh?). While this has no real reason, I seem to enjoy these more when browsing WattPad and thought, "why the hell not? Let's do it", and as such I have come to write for your reading pleasure, or displeasure. I am also going to try and write in an only third person view, see how it goes.
