She has to be top student in all her classes in order to be able to be enrolled. However, Giyu Tomioka, current top student, isn't just going to let her become number one. Giyu Tomioka wants to become a doctor, but being one isn't easy in his town. When he was offered to go to the school, his parent's wishes were to go. When they died, the least he could do was respect their last wishes and do as they said.
