In this sequel of the Winter Soldier Book One, we find Bucky just days later searching. The city is in ruins, collapsing at the hands of Hydra. People flee from the streets, hiding out in alleys or trying to escape through tunnels. But now with new knowledge of the leader of Hydra and his motive S.H.I.E.L.D. begins in devising a plan to save not only the people of New York City but the people in the dark around the world. With Lark now in an unstable state, Bucky has no choice but to move on with life on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s side, fighting Hydra soldiers and digging up secrets to over throw them.
