"Are you still upset with me?" He asked, tying the first bow slowly. "No, I'm not." She said back. "Ares taught me how to control my temper." She smiled at the thought of her boyfriend. Pan, however, grew jealous and decided it would be fun to tug harshly on her dress's ribbons. Y/n winced. As Pan slowly started making his way to the top of the dresses ribbon, he moved her hair to the side of her neck and over her shoulder, as almost as if it was on purpose, his rough, well-worked hands brushed against her exposed skin. Y/n shivered at the sudden contact. She found that heat crawled up her neck and jawline, but she controlled it by the time it was at her cheeks. "You know," Pan started, his voice hoarse, "if you just said that you loved me, I wouldn't have to kill Henry." He finished tying the final bow, but Y/n didn't turn. "It would be simpler, no?" He asked, rubbing his hands up and down her arms, slowly and smoothly. "No." She coughed, staring at her reflection on the mirror that hung in the wardrobe door. "Because I couldn't love you if I tried my very hardest."
