It's just an ordinary day for Ben Tennyson wielder of he most powerful device in the universe the Omnitrix. In reality, he hasn't used the Omnitrix in months. Vilgax is gone, the world is at peace, and even Gwen and Kevin haven't had much to do lately. That's when things get crazy again. Ben is suddenly attacked during a fireworks show by a strange girl who seems to have an over fondness for skull design clothing. After the battle Ben is handed a strange letter, accepting him into a strange school. A school that lurks in the dimension between all dimensions......a world known simply as The World Of Heroes.

Ben tennyson, saviour of the universe billions of times, stopped the universe from getting destroyed, and stabbed Vilgax with a sword carried by an old man who died. Many more things have occurred for the 16 years old boy, but that's for another time. The universe is now at peace....kind of, there are still bad guys wanting the usual 'take-over-the-world' things and such. Though, with all that's happened to him, being flung into another universe different from his for a second time, is something he won't be getting used to anytime soon.

His adopted family plagued by reporters, he can't even go on a proper date with Kyoka Jiro. And with tensions on trusting UA's public relations already at a low point thanks to the USJ events and the League of Villains, Not to mention the secret organization known as the Plumbers revealing their hand, things are set to come crumbling down on the Hero in Training. But Ben's got several things on his side. His classmates, his girl friend, All Might, a bunch of super powered alien forms, and witty sarcasm.

A festival event where all the schools in Academy City compete with each other in sporting events.. a festival even more popular then the World Cup. Espers from all over are encouraged to use their abilities. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors have taken an interest in Ben Tennyson after his success in defeating the Eigth Level 5 Impulser.. the Level 5 whose power was impossible to categorize.. and Aleister Crowley, the City administrator has taken up a rather sinister plan to find out how to test this new weapon in his arsenal... attract the most powerful conquerer in the Galaxy to do battle with that boy. Meanwhile, Ben is starting to realize the possibility that he might have feelings for Mikoto, but is scared of what it might mean... And while Mikoto feels the same way, she doesn't know what to do with those feelings.. But of course.. all things must eventually converge and resolve, for better or for worse.

After the defeats of Terra of the Left and Vento of The Front by Ben Tennyson, Acqua of the Back sends out a warning that he intends to destroy the Omnitrix and the one wielding it. In response, The Church of England sends the Amakusa Church to provide protection while the Plumbers send in forces of their own. But can anyone protect Ben from a Saint Class magician powerful enough to even defeat the Ultimate Aliens with ease?

A 3rd world war seems to be looming on the horizon as somehow, the world all seems to be turning against Academy City thanks to the influence of the Roman Catholic Church. Touma Kamijou and Index are both sent to Avignon, France in order to help destroy an artifact being used by the Catholic Church to turn the world against the Science Side and cause war. However, they disappear soon upon arrival.. and Ben and Mikoto step in to search for them. Things get more difficult however when Vilgax makes a surprise visit to France.. and Ben finds himself facing another member of God's Right Seat, Terra of The Left, while Mikoto is left to fend against the mysterious Malware, a being born of Tree Diagram and the DNA of Upgrade. The world seems to be turning further upside-down as the occult, science, and what lies beyond our planet get mixed in a titanic showdown.

That is until she meets Ben Tennyson wielder of the device known as the Omnitrix. Now with both the science and magic sides pulling on the two friends, and alien mercenaries targeting them for a mysterious purpose, life is about to get extremely hectic. A mysterious explosion has ignited in the Eurotunnel in Britain. So far, the thoughts are that France bombed the tunnel as part of their retaliation during World War 3. However, Necessarius believes differently, and has called in Index to investigate. Meanwhile, Ben, Mikoto, and company, have spent the better part of the entire year battling on the side of Academy City in various warzones, Ben further questioning all the while whether the side he picked is the right one. So far, the only reason for the war not breaking out into something worse is due to Russians fearing the power of Ben's current most powerful form: Atomix. However, Ben and Mikoto are called by Necessarius to accompany Index and Touma as an extra security measure to investigate the Eurotunnel Bombing. And along the way, Ben meets the 3 Princesses of the British Royal Family, Rimea, Villian and Carissa. Villian is currently being backed by Necessarius for the throne.. however, Carissa is intent to gain her royal birthright.. by any means necessary.

(Sequel to A Certain Powerful Omnitrix 4.) Ben has lost all his memories, the only thing he can now remember is his girlfriend Misaka Mikoto and the device on his wrist known as the Omnitirx. As Ben tries to adjust to a life where he is in an absolute complete blank about who he is, a sinister plot emerges. Somebody tries to force Mikoto into a level 6 shift through the use of an electrical virus that sends her on a destructive rampage. To solve this problem, Ben tries to siphon the virus out of her using the alien form he calls Feedback. However, as Ben will soon figure out...that's exactly what the researchers in Academy City want....
